i posted this a while ago and updated yesterday.sister phoned this morning sounding all worried and scared because after we spoke last night she had lots of pain and lost alot of blood.shes got gp appointment today but im worried silly now and cant do anything about it!she said shes taken parectamol but that didnt do any thing .so she took pain killers but has now run out so ive told her to get more.also she said she was still losing blood and is using a tampon-i told her to get sanitry towels is that right?(i cant think straight!).she said there was lumps-i said gp might want to see.

def use towels as you can see what you're losing iyswim and won't stop anything coming out.
try iburpofen as well as co-codamol from pharmacist
hope she's ok

gp suggested sti.which she was tested for when all started.all clear.then suggested pregnancy-she said no,then miscarriage(?if shes not pregnant shes not miscarried has she).told her to take painkillers and she'll be ok in a couple of days.what a idiot.apparently this is same gp who told her she had whiplash whe it turned out to be glandular fever.

i told her.shes argreed if the painkillers dont work or pain gets worse or she loses more blood she'll go to a and e.shes got hospital appointment in march about womb,she asked is there any chance of sooner and he said only if emergency.surely its not normal.

sorry to hear your story.must have been scary.especially still not knowing what it was.
