Hot before Period

Does anyone else get really hot almost flu- like a day or so before their period?

Isn't there an advert about this, for sanitary products, where they tell us we might get more hot etc?

I get a bit warmer than normal. I also bump into things and drop stuff, and get an energy surge. I assume it's hormonal (let's face it, most things are).

I take it chocolate isn't a problem though.

I also get nightsweats a few days prior too.

It's perfectly normal. Get nightsweats when bf-ing, too, even with a 14mo ds2 who feeds only as a last resort when he wakes up before 5.30.

yup the night before i am restless and hot leaving me really grouchy and tired them it arrives and i have a light bulb moment,,,

I was so hot the other night, I thought it was early menopause!
