Sore sinuses - any suggestions?

I had very snotty cold thanks to DS and I think it has settled in one of my sinuses. It is really painful. I've used sinutab before but presume that as I'm pregnant that it wouldn't be suitable.

Any suggestions on what I can do to help my poor aching sinus?

head over steaming bowl of water with karvol or vicks in it and deep breathe. Swear it works (and clears blackheads at same time!)

Will try it - I remember my mum doing that . And we do have some Karvol somewhere.

poor you though - i used to suffer with sinus probs - whole face hurts doesn't it? I really feel for you.
