I feel dizzy and queasy...

The past few days I have been feeling ever so slightly nauseous and a little lightheaded and dizzy. Feels similar to what I imagine vertigo feels like.

I recently had flu and ear/throat infection and was on antibiotics. However, I completed my medication shortly after NY so I thought that would be all sorted.

Do I need to see my GP? Or should I give it some time?

not pregnant are you?

Are you eating properly? I always get light headed and dizzy if run down and not had much appetite. I believe ear infections can make you feel dizzy too - are you full of cattarh do you think and could have blocked ears? can make you feel wobbly? I know cattarh can hang around long after a viral infection and not necessarily all cleared by abs. If you think it could be that, try a steamy bath or decongestants?

If in doubt, you could always phone the surgery for advice and see what they think about going in to be checked?

sorry, no professional so more questions than answers
Hope you get to the bottom of it soon and start to feel more normal x

Well Lemontart, I started a post thingy yesterday because I had unprotected sex (though we used the withdrawal method) a week ago which would have been on or around my ovulation date so I was worried but I spoke to my GP this morning and she said unless he had ejaculated 24 hours prior to us having unprotected sex, pre-cum contains no sperm and as he didn't so I know that's out of the question.

Hoping it's just the ears then, I'm such a hypochondriac - I work myself up!

sorry! I didn?t want to panic you about pregnancy!!! I had not seen yesterday?s post or would have not been so off hand about that! Feeling awful now.

Hope you get to the bottom of this soon. Why not have a long steamy bath tonight and relax for a bit. Best treatment ever for cattarh and great excuse for a long soak in the tub. I go on about it all the damn time, but it is because it really works. I suffer from asthma, my kids often get croupy coughs, recent cattarh etc and always helps. The hotter and steamier the better Works well if you run the sink full of really hot water and pop a tsp of vicks vapor rub or olbas oil/menthol crystals too. Can?t put them in the bath (can irritate skin) but will scent the room and aid decongestion a lot.
I am really sorry if I was insensitive or worried you there!

It's not problem, you're just saying what everyone else has suggested. I'm going to take your bath suggestions and have an early night!

I keep getting a gagging sick type feeling in my throat - I'll just go to the DRs I think! Thanks again
