Chronic Neuralgic migraine

I have been off work now for 3 months, with chronic neuralgic migraine. The trigger is changes in temperature and sometimes noise. If I go outdside I get instant burning in the top of my head and stabbing pains which sometimes gives me sensation loss in my head and face and tingling in my lips and fingers, this can then turn into the most painful migraine where I can not move an inch for fear of making the pain worse, I carn't stand the light and the slightest noise. I am on 50mg of Amitryptaline at night and 25mg of Indometacin 3 times a day with stong painkillers inbetween! These are supposed to relieve symptoms and prevent an attack. I wear a hat all of the time as I get burning at the slightest change in temperature! Please if anyone has had a similar experience let me know as I'm feeling very low, it is effecting my life so much,
