Isn't this exactly how youy're supposed to feel after Christmas? Isn't this so we get to have some New Year Resolutions for about a week after all the excess. I'm in exactly the same boat. Only now beginning to feel marginally better having had such little alcohol since New Year's Eve.

It's easy to get out - Just wear lots of clothes and socks and hats and gloves and step out, and jump around till you start having to strip off. If you did it with friends, you could have a race(not tried and tested). As long as you're not slipping about, you should be fine.

Have you finished all the chocs and Christmas cake yet? We still have quite a lot, and it's becoming a habit!

No it's not/.Brisk walk around block or better stilll, a jog, warm you up nicely.They do me and i am always cold!

Just can't seem to find the motivation though - we got the rebounder out of the garage ... it's in the conservatory now, just sitting there.

What's a rebounder? Is it something like ice-cream machines that you'll take to a car boot sale in the summer?

this is FANTASTIC weather for exercise - well, yesterday was, it was so bright and sunny and crisp

there will always be some excuse, but you'll feel amazing even if you just go for a brisk 10 minute walk
