eye sight clouded

Sometimes, I have on both eyes some sort blurry circle. It almost always begins from the edge of the eye forming a full circle and slowly going towards the centre (but it never fully covers my eye). While going to the centre the diameter reduces it self so that when it reaches the centre it is like a small dot.

After that, I have a massive head heck for at least a day.
I have to say that I usually have that after playing football (soccer). But I am worried a little bit because twice now it has happen without me having played any sports. Once I was just watching TV and the second the last 1h while working (office work).

Does anyone know what the cause is?

Have you been to the opticians for an eye test?

yeap, last year, i did not need any glasses

It's worthwhile going back or popping to the GP. I'm not an eye expert but it sounds like it needs checking out by a professional. It could be the start of a migrane or a problem with the optic nerve so you need to get it checked out.
