Pain under armpit to the side of my boob

Have not googled this. I've had a pain just below my armpit and to the side of my boob for a while now, 4 weeks or more maybe. I haven't really felt anything before but now think I can feel a small oval shape just where the pain is. Its the first time I've felt anything. The pain is not bad at all and comes and goes. It a sharpish kind of ache. Obviously now am feeling a bit anxious and will go to gp's asap.
I have been run down of late (well actually for a long time) and have come down with this and that. Currently have the sore throat from hell.

Sounds like a lymph node. I often get these during other infections such as sore throats. They can be a bit annoying or quite damn sore depending. They can last for a week or two before they resolve. Loads of rest if at all possible and maybe some probiotics and healthy foods to try and let your body recover some what.

Thanks, I googled it and it seems like an inflammed lymph node but I'll just check it out with the gp.

I found a blokes forum, whcih was hilarious. This guy had the same thing. The first reply was 'welcome to cancer' and som of the other replies were like 'you donkey, its just blah blah' and 'why are you paranoid, is the lump staring at you all the time?' It was just bizarre.

I was going to suggest an underwired bra could be rubbing?
