I can smell something horrible

Started with cold or allergy symptoms yesterday and today i have this icky smell up my nose.

its ya sinuses its bloody awful isnt it?

i went round shake and vaccin disinfecting and sprying thining it was my house that smelt - bit of relief to find it was just my nose - my dh couldnt smell 'me' tho.

Have had sinus problems for 18 months but not had the smell until now.

Did you need to see a Gp?

I did in the end cos i got a chest infection too,i think maybe if you steam with some crystal meth (not the drug type ) that might help
