I got a dose of the flu in mid November. Since then I have had tonsilits and am now on my second bad cold. I have had mouth ulcers and several spot breakouts around my chin (unusual as am way past spotty youth stage.)
It is now really getting me down. I dont have any energy and just about get through everyday stuff (work, shopping etc) with no enthusiasm for anything fun.
Does anyone have any tips for getting over this, and/or boosting my immune system. I am taking vitamins, especially vit c.
