Seborrheic Dermatitis - anyone else suffer from this?

I was diagnosed with this a couple of months ago and it's really getting me down. I'd love to chat to another sufferer. Hope you can help.

Have you been prescribed anything? eg Betnovate lotion? shampoos?

My son has bad eczema and his dermo suggested a steroid shampoo etc- have you seen a dermo?

My DD had this when she was an infant. It is basically cradle cap, but can appear anywhere on the body. My DD had it all over

We used hydrocortisone.

My DS had this for a while, and found the T-Gel medicated shampoo kept it under control, so long as it's on your scalp obviously.
