I know this is down to low eostrogen, and I'm not taking a bcp.

Is there anything you can do, other than take painkillers. I don't like to do that because I need to take about 12 over 48 hours. The headache would be constant for 48 hours or so.

I used to take liquorice root, as advised by the woman in the health shop and that DID work, bizarrely, for about 6 months but it's lost its effectiveness now.

Can I buy an oestrogen patch over the counter?!?!
