immunisations the 4months set

i think i missed getting ds his immunisations at 16wks(tetanus,whopping,polio,hib,men c,diptheria), cant find any record of the appt at surgery in my diary and doc and no record, he is now 8mths, is that a bad thing?

he should have a series of 3 immunisations to ensure immunity, I think maybe you should make an appointment for the 3rd (check with HVs that they have no record if its done at a HV clinic at your GPs)
