i have the most awful awful period pain. help.

woke e up at 6 and hasn't lessened at all. is really horrible. worse tha usual. dh has gone out for a chaps day out. i have the dds until lunchtime when i have to go to work. they have got bored with bing nice and have done nothing but bicker since getting up and i can't move but also can't sit still.
my back hurts, my hips hur, my fanjo hurts,my tumy hurts. i feel sick it hurts so much. have taken painkillers, including codein which i am very sensitive to so may well slip into unconsciousness shortly.

I suffered terribly from period pains for years - can really sympathise with you. All I can suggest is to drug yourself up on painkillers - the codein should do the trick.

In the meantime, is there anyone who can come and mind dds for you. And ring in sick for work!

is normal for it to hurt but not this much. really can't ring in sick. everyone would hate me. will see how it feels in a bit. may take dds to m i l's earlier.

poor you......how about nice hot water bottle on our tummy, and a nice warm bath to try and ease your back...

i'm sure painkillers like feminax are especially for period pains...can you getsome of thos?
