I think my ds had/has this although it only seemed red for 2-3 days. Now the skin on his face has become very hard and dry, abit orange peel looking. Anyone seen anything similar, I have a sample tube of junior oilatum cream so that has gone on this morning. Also wondered about vitamin c tablets, any advise welcome, thanks
