Anyone know how long this vomiting bug doing the rounds is lasting?

My ds started with it yesterday morning. He has pretty much slept most of today but started vomiting again tonight. Factoring in that he always suffers badly with high temp for a couple of days whenever he's ill I'm starting to get abit worried about the timings..... I know i can't do anything about it but

DD had it about 48 hours but was still a bit under the weather on day 3/4 Hopefully he should be OK by Thursday!
