I've had a chesty cough for about 4 weeks now, it went dry but has gone really chesty again. My phlegm is bright yellow. The cough is very bad and I'm getting some breathlessness when I do anything/cough. I haven't got any bad chest pain, only a slight burning and the obvious muscle strain and I don't think I've got much of a temperature but I can't be sure. I feel very weak though. Does it sound like a chest infection? I've got an appointment at the doctors this afternoon.
