how long after giving birth should I wait before getting my mooncup out of storage?

ds is 12 weeks tomorrow. He was born by c section. I had a sort of light period about a month ago. this is a real period. It's OK to use my mooncup, isn't it?

Yep. If you have had a decent gap between your post natal loss, and now, and I assume have been seen at PN check up.

Dump the ghastly pads.
