Question for ex glandular fever sufferers

I posted awhile ago that I was recovering from Glandular Fever. It has been over ten months that I have had symptoms. I feel a lot better now, but still feel tired and I can still feel the little glands in my neck which is stiff on one side. How long does it take for the glands to completely go down once and for all?

I cant remember exactly as I had gf decades ago. I definitely found/find that everytime you get run down or ill my glands seem a lot worse than pre-gf. Colds etc take longer to get rid of too! Just take it easy and try to get as much rest as possible to give your body a chance to fully recover.

It took me a full year to feel better and after that every cold etc seemed to bring them up for about 6 years- but I had 2 DCs by then - in the 6 years after having GF and was knackered anyway! Try to rest (??) and look after yourself, and make them most of the good days by exercising eating well to try to rebuild your immune system. Hope you feel better.

10 months later I am still sweating under the arms as well, even in the cold weather? My body is still in battle, what a horrible, bizarre illness.
