at a first Endocrinology appointment?

I was referred by Dr as I have high prolactin level.

I'm very nervous and am wondering what to expect.

Any words very much appreciated.

Have you had blood tests? Provided about four samples?

Wuxiapian · 20/12/2008 17:50

Thanks, Liffey.

Yes, Dr sent me for full blood tests.

Everything came back as normal except the high prolactin level.

Maybe they'll run some checks on your thyroid next.

Wuxiapian · 20/12/2008 17:58

Thyroid's been tested, Liffey. Thyroid function is fine.

Does anyone know if there'll be more tests or maybe a scan?
