regular poster, different name, had a terrible time at work night out tonight. Just need to talk sense and see it rationally

am still throwing stressy fits. Actually it is worse in the sensible light of day.

do i contact him - hopefully now he'll be sane and sober today, and emphasise that I need to be sure he's going to keep the thing to himself?
