urgent advice please for dd (2.3)

For the past 48 hrs H has been quite hot and complaining that her eyes hurt - they are in fact quite watery. She is also not herself and quite tired. Any ideas? Given her 10mls of calpol but don't want to panci too early. There is no rash/blemish or anything like that. Is it too early for hayfever?

Has she got a temperature? Sounds like she might be coming down with a bad cold - little ones are not that accurate at describing pain - could she have a headache?
I think if it was hayfever she'd actually be rubbing her itchy eyes.
10 mls calpol? Isn't it usually 5mls?

the box of calpol sachets says 1 to 2 5mls (sachets). Thermometer broken will have to go get a new one. She doesn't feel as hot now as she did last night.
