Fooking colds and fatigue

I've had so many colds, just got over one and a new one has arrived. I'm so tired, I feel useless and depressed. This has been going on for six weeks. Am I dying?

I got my bloods tested, in same position but also pregnant.I had very low iron.

You are run down and tired so not so able to shake orf viruses.

Get thee a tonic or vit tabs, as many early nights as you can, and drink water water water to flush all the germs away.

I have been taking 1000mg of Vit C for a week and then this new cold pops up.
I will give the gin and tonic a go and see if that helps. (Should I drink mega doses for acute symptoms?}
