sore, dry nipple

hello, am a regular but have name changed for this.

My right nipple is very dry right on the tip, almost like eczema, and quite sore to touch.

I have noticed that both of my boobs have grown significantly recently and I am sleeping a lot. Am on the pill but of course am aware that pregnancy is still possible (have my last pill of the pack to take today) but it just crossed my mind that I've heard about skin changes on the nipple in some breast cancers

I will see my doc but any advice here?

I'm 30 btw

Incredibly likely to be some sort of harmless irritation or infection, but do go to your GP and get it checked out to put your mind at rest, as all changes in your breasts / nipples should be kept an eye on.
