I have not had a period for 2 months I am getting the pains but nothing happening , husband had the snip so cant be pregnant does anyone have any clues what could be going on

dont say that , I ahve endometrosis and I ahve been get my pain as though I am going to come on but nothing happens

as you probably know lack of periods is not a symptom of endo so first things first, take a deep breath and do a pregnancy test.

I had pain all the way through my pregnancies because of the scar tissue being pulled caused by my endo. Sorry.
