I had vile sinus infection about 3 weeks ago and ended up quite ill and on antibiotics. Feel much better now but am still left with mild sinus pain and pressure on my top teeth which starts every afternoon. Am fine in mornings but gradually builds up and hits at about 2pm. Sinuses not blocked any more, can breathe through nose and head feels clear,t here's just this feeling of pressure on teeth. Any top tips?

Perhaps ask the doctor if a nasal steroid can be prescribed. You may have continued inflammation.
Funny, I have a nasty infection at the moment which seems to be clearing, But the pain from the pressure on teeth start around about 2 p.m daily! Subsides early evening and early morning. It's like clock work.

I had this and was told I had rhinitis - inflammation after an infection.

God, it hurt!

Doc started me off on Otrivine, available otc, and said if that didn't work, he would give me a steroid one. Luckily it did!

could be infection trapped in your sinuses. neti pots or salt water rinses are brilliant

Southeast, forgot to ask, have you recovered from your sinus operation?

Thanks - got that sinurinse after one of you recommended it last time but was put off it a bit as it was after using it first time that became really ill. (Nausea, swollen face.) Maybe using it in middle of acute infection not the best idea as must just sluice all that infected stuff round your head! Anyway will give it another go.
