i was diagnosed with a urine infection last week even though i had no symptoms it was just picked up in a routine test. Ive just completed a wks worth of antibiotics so i dont think it could be that. I normally feel worse first thing in the morning. Since having ds 2 now 11mths ive noticibly lost weight. On two occasssions iuve also suffered from visual migraine attacks for the first time. I look after two young children on my own in the week. And am up alot in the night with ds2. Ive had this dizzness/nausea for 3 days now.I went to bed last night and the room was spinning.

Its also worse first thing in the morning. I can hardly walk in a straight line and feel really giddy if i move my head to soon. I havent been feeling great since having ds2 ups and downs etc but its hard to know whether its caused by sleep deprivation or something more.

Sounds like labyrinthitis - a problem with the inner ear.

See the GP again.

agree with shitehawk, sounds like an inner ear infection. I've had it and it feels as you describe. Get theee to the gp.

Hi thankyou for your replies. You were both completely right. The doc asked me to walk in a straight line with my eyes closed and i fell over this is a simple test they use to diagnose ear infection
