baby rash

hi i wonder if anybody could advise me on a rash under my dd's chin, which i thought might be from damp bibs, which i change regularly, but its gone down her chest and moved a little up to her jawline, shes 5mths and has had no real rashes at all, she was breast fed, I have nearly weaned her bar one morning feed.
have been using a cream called baby emulave on it.

My daughter gets this all the time now she is excessively dribbly.. with teething and eating/drinking. IAlthough I try to keep her as dry as possible she still gets red under her chin and I use sudocrem or johnson nappy cream and it is gone very quickly.

Is it impitigo (sorry long medical word I can't spell)? DD had it just where you describe and I thought it was just a rash, but then the marks gor bigger and scabbed over - if it is your d needs to see a doctor to get some cream to clear it up.
