Vomiting & Skin Rash

Hi 2 1/2 year old son vomiting yesterday with headache. Now has little red flat spots all over his skin. He is not lethargic and as busy and happy as always now the vomiting has stopped but I was worried about the rash. Sounds like an allergy? Any one had anything similar?

i would phone doc on call and take it from there - we had this last year but with a very ill ds1 - told to go straight to a and e. it was a virus and he's fine now thank goodness but i would contact doc just to make sure
have you taken his temperature?
