Pain Up My Bum...

TOOOOO much info, I know... but help!

I've got bloody chronic trapped wind and suffer badly with IBS and for the last couple of weeks I've been getting a pain/ache up my bum that seems to go when I go to the toilet...

I went to the GP and she had a good look (again, I'm sorry!) and said it was cos I've got IBS and nothing can be seen...

ANYONE have any similiar pain/annoying ache every now and then, PLEASE hollerrrrr!

yes and I have IBS and I get it when IBS is really bad. I've always thought of it as something to do with that.

Do you take anything for your IBS?

I take buscopan or whatever it's called but my friend recommended Colofac from the drs which I might get. I need to change my diet really but I just love eating!

I use buscopan - I have tried colofac but tbh it was useless and the pharmacist warned me it wasn't much cop. If it's the one I'm thinking of you can get it over the counter.

I struggle to change my diet. Dairy makes me really bad - I have cut it down to once or twice a week, but even that is too much.

Yeah I agree about the milk and if I dare have pastry the next few days are a write off! I?ve had period type IBS pain for over a week now ? sooo frustratingly annoying!

Any other helpful pain relieving tips?
