I have been having pain in my arms (likely from fibromyalgia) but today fell on my hand (open landed on the heel) and now have a lump (starting to bruise) on the side of my hand and some swelling and a lump just beside the base of my thumb (more in a line with the finger next to it) painful to begin with more painful when i move my thumb.
A&E not an option right now - might go later if it doesnt settle....
any guesses??
