Is this heartburn or indigestion. This evening I've had a pain in the centre of my chest and back. I think eating made it worse and now I feel a bit nauseous(sp). I did swallow gaviscon but it is still painful.
Any ideas???

If you are having chest pain you need to call an ambulance. Don't worry about it being indigestion, let the ambulance crew diagnose this.

I feel a bit fraudulent phoning 999. I'm sure it's heartburn but it's sooo painful.

No, you should phone them. Seriously, they won't mind. They would rather they came out and it was nothing than you left it.

You need to call them and get checked over. It's not worth leaving. Please phone them. Get off here and do it now!

I'd ring too just to make sure is the pain radiating to your jaw?

I hope you are alright and they are looking after you. Let me know how you are. I really hope it is just indigestion.
