Ok finally decided that I will get healthy lose a stone and do some exercise, have often thought about try this, but first want to know if anyone has tried it and if it actually works. t will work out about £2.50 a week for it, small price to pay if it actually works, quite a lot if it doesn't.
Thanks

I've never noticed any difference weightwise, but it tastes lovely and I do feel healthier since I started taking them daily.

I've been having the muller vitality (same sort of thing I think) and agree, they taste nice and I do feel a bit more healthy (although whether that's the placebo effect, I don't know!)

Sorry just read my original posting and went a bit off the point. I actually meant that to lose weight and exercise I need a bit more energy, and asked about wether it made you feel better not as a slimming aid. Sorry for the confusion.

After taking so many antibiotics recently, my stomach was feeling a bit wierd, but have been drinking orange actimel (yum!!) and it's feeling much better - more settled. Does that make sense?
