Itchy chest, neck and sides of face - what could it be?

I've had an itchy rash for about a week now which comes and goes and is only on my chest, neck and face. The areas are also hot.

It's most itchy around my jawline and although it comes up red, I can only see one or two pimply spots. My cheeks are also red and it seems to come up more when I have eaten, also in the evening and I wake up with it too.

My ears are beginning to itch this morning.

What could it be? It doens't seem to be connected with any particular food and i'm not allergic to anything I know of.

I'm 45 no kids, and have allergies.
This has been killing me for the past few months.
No rash or any bumps, just a severe itch.

I've suffered with this for about 8 months. There's no explanation it seems. It drives me absolutely crazy itching. I can only think it's to do with the menopause. I've tried antihistamines, creams, everything. Nothing stops it.

I had this last year, severely itchy jawline, chest, side of face up to ears, I went to doctors and dermatologist and none of them know what it is, I had some bloods taken and my iron was low so I took a supplement for 3 months and it cleared up, but I have it back now so will go back to get my iron checked again.! I also have chronic urticaria, all of this started after my 2 child, I’m 44. It’s driving me mad such a horrible feeling the hotness and itching 😭😭

I’m dealing with a itchy hot rash on face ears neck and chest. Doctors can’t figure out what it is. It’s driving me crazy
