Pain in the bum!

I am sure what I am about to say will raise a few titters but having discussed problem with doctor I am interested to know if anyone else has the same problem. I am 42 and since I was in my 20's if I need a poo and it comes out quickly I get a pain in the bum well more in the area between my vagina and back passage, which I have lived with as it is not all the time. However, in late 30's I have started waking in the night with the same pain which led me to the doctor as I thought maybe i have piles. The doctor has checked a couple times and says no piles but my pain is caused by the shpincta muscle, there is no problem with it just that some people get the pain and others don't. As I get older and more paranoid about health problems even though the doctor gives you an answer I always doubt it each time I get the pain and think it is something worse.
With regard to getting the pain in the night I have become more aware recently that the pain usually comes alongside a dream where I am having an orgasam! Which is hilarious because I don't orgasm when I am awake! I would really appreciate if anybody out there experiences the same pain in the bum problem and what their doctors have told them and maybe I can learn to relax about it.

I have started having a similar pain so will be interested in the answer. It has occasionally woke me at night, and I have to get up and move around to ease it off.
So BUMP for you
