Beta blockers anyone able to help?! please

I have been on beta blockers since last week for possible VT. Im soo tired, but i know thats a side affect
today i have a sort of muscle pain in the left side of my chest. My HR is quick, but not as bad as before the tablets. Its sitting about 95-105 bpm when resting. I wasnt really given much info at hospital and not due to see team for about 3 weeks. TIA
