my three month old had a small patch of raised spots on his cheek very dry to touch. Took him to doctors who told me it was a bacterial infection he may of caught when we were in hospital( another illness). Put him on a course of anti biotics but he woke up this morning and is now covered in these red raised spots. skin is so dry and its all over his face too. He is fine in himself though and has no other symptoms. I have no idea what it could be and the doctors dont seem to sure either but it looks terrible and i think it is starting irritate him. The parts that are really red are also really warm to touch. Help any ideas!!!
