whats this pain?

I had a pain in my neck yesterday and shoulder, not got a clue how

bUT TODAY IT IS TRAVELLING DOWN MY ARM (SAME SIDE) AND INTO MY FINGERS

IT IS QUITE SORE, i keep rubbing it

have took painkillers but they havent work

any ideas?

painkillers eventually worked, but the pain is comign abck now. Off to bed in a mo with a water bottle

sounds like a trapped nerve.

psychomum and me have great, think alike minds. Definitely sounds like a trapped nerve. Try anti-inflammatories as opposed to paracetamol and a water bottle/bath. It will ease. I get it when I sleep oddly. Can take a few days to pass.

ah, showofhands, you are great giving advice. I just said what it sounded like.

yup, hot water bottle and ibrufen are probably the best things to try and ease it.
