I was diagnsed with gladular fever 9 months ago, I still get bouts and am due to see an haemotologist tomorrow because of this. Thing is, all my blood tests for the past 7 months are completely normal, red, white evey bleeding cell . So what will the haemo test for? Please don't say bone marrow, heard its v. painful.

Haematologists tend to do a much bigger range ot tests than your GP does. When I was seeing one, she used to take up to 15 of those little bottles each time!
