Nosebleed

My DD 18 mths has just had a nosebleed. Doesn't have a cold and has never had one before. Should I be worried?

I wouldn't be worried about one instance. She might have scratched it, or bumped? If it reoccurs, then I would take to GP... Or call your HV see what they say...
