1st hangover since the year of 2000.

cant remember what to do.
Had small coffee, think im hungry but not sure.
waht doi dooo?

am ill, so very near to death, theres a light, a white light, deaths icygrip.....

lots of water and a can of coke if you can manage it (the sugar will perk you up)

Oh dear! You poor thing. You need stodge! Fried egg and bacon sarnie, that'll do it! Lots of fluid too. Keep drinking and if you have the opportunity go back to bed for a bit!

Hope the evening was worth the hang over though!

something small and salty to eat, like marmite/bovril on toast

tablets if its really bad, and the more sleep the better

I got a text yesterday that said 'due to the credit crunch, the rising cost of gas and electricity, and the need to reduce our carbon footprint, the light a the end of the tunnel has been switched off.

I agree with going back to bed/and or can of full fat coke and some bacon and egg.

alka seltzer
dry toast
warm bath with peppermint oil
2 more hours sleep if possible
if not go to the pool and sit in the jacuzzi to sweat it out

i agree nancy, full of shite but cures a hangover a treat!

Some Iron Bru and a Mortons roll with square sausage and tattie scone and brown sauce. Then a Big Mac and large fries.
Also paracetmol, and going back to bed.

I discovered in Cornwall this year that a cream tea with proper clotted cream does wonders after a great deal of Rose.

My cure is paracetamol and ibuprofen washed down with a cold can of full fat coke and ready salted crisps, then a shower, some fresh air and a mcdonalds to finish. I was a student for 7 years so had this down to a fine art!

I remember watching a programme on the TV where they did various different 'experiments' on to what was the best hangover cure and I seem to remember that a "FRY UP" came out on top!!

as long as some 1 elsae can cook it for you?I some times find it hard to stand up as giddy.Vit c fizzy drinks.
