Anyone with any dentist-y knowledge?

I have fillings between my two front teeth, and today one of them has loosened, I can see it move in the mirror although it is caught in place between the teeth and hasn't fallen out. It will make eating difficult as I try to work around it but isn't causing me any pain. Should it be removed/replaced? Will I get any treatment considering I am 37wks pregnant?
I am dreading having that injection in the top centre gum again - worse than childbirth.
Thanks

It needs replacing as it will allow food/bacteria into the tooth leading to an infection. You should get free NHS dental treatment whilst you are pregnant and up until your baby's first year.

You need to contact your dentist ASAP as you may need root canal if it gets infected too badly.
