My 4 year old ds has spots on his face, he has excema on the rest of his body but no spots. The spots on his face are small and red, yesterday they had tiny yellow heads on but this morning those have gone to leave just the spots. He has prev had chicken pox and have ruled out shingles(as suggested by school) because the spots are on both sides of his face.
Any suggestions?
