head cold in 2yr old

she has streaming eyes, runny nose, a cough and generally in awful form, how long on infant nurofen should i have her before i go to doctor, as it doesnt seem to be clearing up, after 48hrs.
temp is just above normal

Why you give her nurofen, when the T is just above normal???

last night it was higher

I don't know how old is your child, but first call the doctor when she has T after 48hrs...When my doughter has T, i give her a lot of drinks(besides thepanadol-for exampe)
