how long with no urine output? - urgent response please

Yorkie girl has aksed me to post this as she is still not online.
Been @ A&E all pm with dd2 & dianosis of viral tonsilitis. Urine sample bag was put on at 3.30 this pm and she had 2 BF at 5 & 6.30 but still nothing in the sample bag and nappy dry. advise please.

Hope her dd recovers soon xx.

Dr told her to go to hospital. I'm going with her as dh staying at home with dd1. will post later when we get back.

sorry it took so long for update I've just got in. They have kept Yorkiegirls dd2 in for observation overnight as she has still not passed urine or drunk fluids. the lstwet nappy she had was lunchtime and even then it wasn't much. YG is staying there overnight with her so will prob know more tomorrow.

Update - YG is still not online - hopefully tomorrow.
DD2 was let out of hospital this pm. Not heard much during the day but I looked after dd1 all day and they came to pick her up about 3.45 this pm. They would have kept dd2 in again tonight as she is still not much better BUT she has passed urine. Throughout today they were feeding her dioralyte through a tube to prevent serious dehydration. YG is to take her back if any more problems. No doubt she will post you all tomorrow when back online. I have passed on all your well wishes to her & the family.
Wont be on much tonight as ben told by dh that I have to have a night in front of tv with him for a change - might sneak on later though.

Oh crikey, I've just seen this YG! Your poor little dd, and poor you. What an awful thing to go through. I hope she's picking up now.

(And fab that you had a great friend like Helsi on hand to help out with dd1!)
