Acne? Rash? Help!

I?ve suddenly developed a rash of little slightly sore spots at the sides of my chin, and under and up the sides of my nose. More like little bumps than spots really. I?m 43 and already got some facial lines ? I don?t need bloody spots as well

Had nasty spots for a while as a teenager, and the odd one since then, but nothing like this?

What could it be? Symptom of peri-menopause maybe? Is there anything I can do? Atm I?m covering them up with loads of make-up - I know it?s probably not great but I can?t go to work looking like a hormonal teenager!

Any advice please?

I have had something similar, just feels like tiny bumps or roughish skin. Mine went away about a weekish later and hasn't returned. I would say probably an allergy.

I was wondering about taking some anti-histamines to see if it helped.
