For all new non smokers starting today-NSD

I thought the Fag free for 2005 thread was getting a tad long so this is for all of us joining that exclusive club today-National no smoking day!
In fact, its for purely selfish reasons that I'm hoping other Mums out there will join me in my battle-I'd like to get some buddies to help/moan to/share tips etc.
My 13m DS has just gone to sleep-3y DS at nursery-this is when I would normaly indulge in a nice cuppa and a fag-ooh, I'll just have one of those gorgeous lozenges instead-um,yummy!! See, I'm moaning already-be warned-still,at least I'm not having a fag,eh!!!

Well,that worked didnt it? NOT!!!

I WANT to join you but I haven't managed to stop yet except for in my head!

OH,JUST SPOTTED YOU-HAD STOPPED WATCHING THIS THREAD AS NO TAKERS.Please join me-mucho support given,will listen to any moan,share any groan and will help as best I can.Go on,make a leap of faith,for yourself if not anyone else,eh??

it.s my 5th day without a cig, i had completly forgot about ns day, i/ve got really bad bronchitus, but dh has gone away for the weekend and im searching the house, I know there arn't any but it's driving me crazy, using patches, what do others do when they have a crazy craving moment
