dd2 grinds her teeth when asleep.

it is really loud and sets me nerves on edge to hear it. can she damage her teeth doing this?

My mum said I used to do it as a child and my teeth are ok. what age is dd2? i know you can get shield thingies if she's old enough.

maybe you should have a surf and search for the shields. Even if it doesn't harm her teeth - she may get tension headaches or something if her jaw is tight etc at night iykwim.
