Aching hands

My hands ache alot, especially in cold weather. It's not too bad but if Ds is holding my hands my fingers really hurt and i have to keep letting go. Also it hurts to peel potatoes.

I didn't really think much of it until i mentioned it to my mom who said that it wasn't right.

Could it be arthirits ?? I am only 26.

My dad does have osteoathritis, but thats not herditary.

Could be a kind of RSI. Mine acts up in cold weather, too.

Do your hands change colour in cold weather or in codl water?

They go very red in cold weather, and then my thumbs hurt that much they are painful to touch.

It could be Reynaud's Syndrome, if your hands change colour in the cold. Do they ever go blue or white as well as red?
