Criked my neck.

last night in bed and I am in a lot of pain, what can I do, I have taken ibuprofen and have it wrapped up in a pashmina but it still hurts and I am starting to feel sicky from the pain.

ouch!.. take some paracetamol as well.. keep it warm..have you got a heat up bean thing?? or a hot water bottle??

hot showers can help - especially if they are power showers.

right bubmled my way through my chores, now going to sit down and have some paracetamol as well. cant manage the shower yet as 2yo here with me.
last time I did this I ended up taking valium and I really dont want to do that again.
